ICSE, la Conferencia Internacional sobre Ingeniería
de Software, ® es la conferencia de ingeniería de software de primer nivel,
proporcionando un foro para investigadores, profesionales y educadores para
presentar y discutir los más recientes innovaciones, tendencias, experiencias y
preocupaciones en el campo de la ingeniería de software. Tenga en cuenta que la

En esta conferencia se entregan un premio el cual
se llama “ICSE MOST INFLUENTIAL PAPER AWARD” y el cual se “otorga en cada CISE,
ACM / IEEE Conferencia Internacional sobre Ingeniería de Software ® para el
autor (s) del documento de la conferencia ICSE de hace 10 años que es juzgado
por haber tenido la mayor influencia en la teoría o en la práctica de software
ingeniería durante los 10 años transcurridos desde su publicación original.
El premio está patrocinado conjuntamente por la ACM
y el IEEE SIGSOFT TCSE.
Los destinatarios reciben una placa grabada con su
nombre y firmada por el Presidente General de ICSE'N. El premio es otorgado
anualmente por el presidente general de ICSE'N al CISE durante la sesión de
entrega de premios de la CISE. Se pide a los destinatarios a hacer una
presentación en la conferencia sobre sus puntos de vista actuales de la
ingeniería de software.
Cada año, el comité del programa actual para ICSE'N
revisa los documentos de la CISE '(N-10) y selecciona el papel que consideran
que ha sido el papel más influyente durante los 10 años anteriores. Cuando más
de un papel recibe un fuerte apoyo, premios de mención honorífica se dan a

Durante
más de treinta años, la Conferencia Internacional sobre Ingeniería de Software
(CISE) ha servido como un foro para la presentación y el intercambio de los
últimos resultados de investigación y experiencias prácticas en las teorías de
ingeniería de software, métodos, técnicas, herramientas y prácticas. Para
garantizar la excelencia continua y el éxito de la serie CISE conferencia, el
Comité Directivo del CISE (SC), ACM Grupo de Interés Especial en Ingeniería de
Software (SIGSOFT), IEEE-CS Consejo Técnico de Ingeniería del Software (TCSE),
Association for Computing Machinery, Inc . (ACM), y el Instituto de Ingenieros
Eléctricos y Electrónicos (IEEE), que se incorpora, a través de su Sociedad de
Computación IEEE (IEEE-CS) firmaron un Memorando de Entendimiento (MOU). El
objetivo de la MOU es definir y aclarar las funciones, autoridades,
responsabilidades y prácticas clave de los patrocinadores y los organizadores
de la CISE. Este documento incorpora el conocimiento corporativo CISE
significativa para apoyar la continuidad CISE.[iii][3]

Recipients
are given a plaque engraved with their names and signed by the General Chair of
ICSE'N. The award is presented yearly by the ICSE'N general chair at ICSE
during ICSE's award presentation session. The recipients are asked to give a
presentation at the conference on their current views on software engineering.
Each
year the current program committee for ICSE'N reviews the papers from
ICSE'(N-10) and selects the paper they consider to have been the most
influential paper during the previous 10 years. When more than one paper
receives strong support, honorable mention awards are sometimes given as deemed
appropriate.

International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) has served as a premier
forum for the presentation and exchange of the latest research results and
practical experiences in software engineering theories, methods, techniques,
tools, and practices. To ensure the continued excellence and success of the
ICSE conference series, the ICSE Steering Committee (SC), ACM Special Interest
Group in Software Engineering (SIGSOFT), IEEE-CS Technical Council on Software
Engineering (TCSE), Association for Computing Machinery, Inc. (ACM), and
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), incorporated, through
its IEEE Computer Society (IEEE-CS) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU). The purpose of the MOU is to define and clarify the roles, authorities,
responsibilities, and key practices of the co-sponsors and the organizers of
ICSE. This document embodies significant ICSE corporate knowledge to support
ICSE continuity.
